Epiphany is what an elementary school looks like when it is engineered backward from two promises: no child slips through unnoticed, and every fifth grader lands somewhere good. The first promise is bought with staffing. The school runs a roughly 6-to-1 student-teacher ratio, puts a full-time assistant in every Pre-K and kindergarten classroom, and staffs the Learning Skills program, in-house specialists (running since 1970) who handle everything from dyslexia intervention to math acceleration without sending the child elsewhere.
